Software & API integration
Connect applications, device feeds and operational data into one path.
- Interfaces mapped and tested
- Events into your systems
We connect what you already run, build the operator workflow around it, and deliver a defined software scope.
Built to your interfaces. You own the configuration and integrations we build for you.
Connect applications, device feeds and operational data into one path.
Dashboards, event views and review workflows built for the people on shift.
Cameras, video analytics and ANPR connected to review and reporting.
Target environment, tests, documentation and ownership agreed up front.
New detection scenarios built for your cameras and checked against your footage.
Nothing moves to the next step until you have seen it work.
Review interfaces, sample data, constraints and the operator journey.
Agree scope, responsibilities, test cases and acceptance criteria.
Demonstrate the agreed workflow against representative inputs.
Deliver the agreed software, documentation and deployment support.
Start with one site or one workflow, for example:
Send ANPR reads from one gantry into your existing system
Build a review screen for one incident type
Connect the cameras at one site to review and reporting
These are examples of a first scope, not customer projects.
Short answers to what teams ask first.
Partly. Cygnus traces a journey by plate across cameras. When the plate is missing or unreadable, it suggests likely matches at other cameras from the vehicle’s appearance (class, colour and shape), and an operator confirms them. Treat those as leads, not proof.
Yes. Every product runs on the same platform, so adding Plexus, Dhrishya or another product later is a licence and configuration step. Your cameras, users and recordings stay as they are.
You add servers and cameras to the same installation. Cygnus runs on standard CPU servers, and we size the hardware for each new site before it goes live.
It depends on what the other system exposes. We check its interfaces in the Discover step and give you a timeline before work starts; standard interfaces such as ONVIF, RTSP and REST APIs are the quickest. You see the integration working before handover.
Cameras are added in bulk from a spreadsheet, not one by one. Most of the time goes into network access and camera credentials on site, so we plan the rollout in batches by site and agree the dates in the Define step.
Dhrishya and Fareline keep working at the site and send their reads and transactions once the link returns.
Yes. We agree the format with you in the Define step and deliver the feed as part of the scope.
No, we work with IP cameras over ONVIF or RTSP.
Yes.

Tell us what you run. We'll show the products that fit.
Thank you. We'll reply within one working day to set up the demo.
